4. Fourth, you may get some amazing deals on ebay once in a while. For example some people will sell a very good coin but the photo may be poor. If you can spot that and the coin appears to be in good shape and worthy, you just might get it for a fraction of its value. You could always use image manipulation software such as Photoshop to change the contrast and/or brightness to get a better idea of what the coin looks like.
5. Finally, since eBay is an auction, if you are a successful bidder chances are that you will get a coin for a good price.

You will have more success if you do not bid round amounts. Consider something like $20.06 or $21.01. By using this strategy you are more likely to outbid someone by a small margin.
